All supplemental forms are made available through the online application and must be printed and submitted as instructed.

Applications submitted by February 9, 2018 will receive priority consideration.

Assessments and Parent Interviews

Readiness assessments and parent interviews will be done Saturday, February 24, 2018 on the Lower School campus. Assessments will only be administered for families who have submitted an application. The Office of Admission will contact you to schedule the assessment once the completed application has been received. Assessments will take approximately one hour. At the same time, parents will have a short family interview with a school official. If a family is not able to attend the February 24 assessment and interview day, an individual assessment may be scheduled with the Office of Admission.

Recommendations

New student applicants for Kindergarten are required to have their current preschool or an adult who knows the child well complete a Preschool Evaluation Form and return it directly to Providence by February 15, 2018. You may download the Preschool Evaluation Form on the Applications and Forms page of the online application.

Tuition Assistance

Providence is committed to enrolling students who seek a community that encourages them to be challenged in their faith and grow intellectually.  Tuition assistance is need-based and mission-driven. The Tuition Assistance information page will provide helpful answers to questions you may have. If you wish to apply for tuition assistance, you may begin the online process from that page.
