Tuition Plans

Providence offers three payment plans to our families.

All payment plans begin on June 1.

  1. Full payment:  Academic year paid in full by check to Providence on or before June 1st.  If you chose to pay your tuition in full, you will receive an invoice in the mail that is due no later than June 1st.
  2. Semi-annual plan:  Plan is paid through FACTS on June 5 and December 5.  A one-time $10 fee is assessed by FACTS.
  3. Eleven-month plan:  Payments are collected on the fifth of the month, beginning June 5th and ending April 5th.  A one-time $48 fee is assessed by FACTS.

Returning families who participated in a semi-annual or monthly FACTS payment plan will automatically be renewed for the next school year and are not required to re-enroll through FACTS Tuition Management and Payment Processing. The yearly processing fee will be charged ($10 for the semi-annual plan; $48 for the 11-month plan).

Families who are new to Providence, or returning families who did not sign up for a FACTS payment plan in the previous school year and who would now like to participate in the semi-annual or monthly payment plan, must sign up for FACTS Online Payment Plans at Register under New User Registration.

NOTE:   Signing up for FACTS Online Payment Plans is separate from the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment process that is required for applying for tuition assistance at Providence.

If you have questions about signing up for a tuition payment plan, you may email Diane Horvath ( or call FACTS at (866) 441-4637.
