Tuition and Fees

What does it cost to attend Providence?

Providence charges a tuition based on grade level that covers most of the cost to educate a student. Our tuition rates are carefully, thoughtfully, and prayerfully set by our Board of Directors every January. We are committed to providing the highest-quality education possible, giving families value for the dollars spent. Parents of Providence students will tell you it is worth every penny and every sacrifice made to provide their children with the gift of Christian education.

If you would like information on tuition rates at specific grade levels, please contact one of our admissions staff members. They will be happy to answer any questions you may have and to provide an expert consultation about your family’s educational needs and the resources and opportunities available at Providence.

Enrollment Deposits

A deposit is required to hold a student’s place in class. All deposits are applied directly to the tuition charge. Deposits cannot be folded into the FACTS online payment.

Deposit due dates and refund policies are listed below.

Student Fees

A one-time fee based on grade level is charged to cover classroom and program supplies, P.E. uniforms, field trips, yearbooks, and special lunches and celebrations. Parents will not have to make frequent small payments to cover these incidental expenses.

Student fees may be rolled into the FACTS online payment plan.
