Celebrate Providence: The Perfect Pairing

Celebrate Providence! “The Perfect Pairing: Providence & You,” has been postponed, most likely to fall 2020. (The event was originally planned for May 1, 2020).

We are grateful to the hard-working parent-led event committee who are planning this wonderful event. We look forward to our school community coming together for this special evening of celebration for our students and school.

What to Expect

Reception & Program | 5:30 pm–8:00 pm

Drop your car with the valet, stop for a photo, and enter the reception in the courtyard, transformed into a stunning venue for this special event.

Enjoy mingling with school parents, faculty, staff, and supporters while sampling an array of delectable food and beverage pairings.

Peruse the carefully curated silent auction items, artwork, and fun raffle items to take home. Sign up for amazing one-of-a-kind Providence social events.

Turn your attention to a short and meaningful program celebrating the mission of Providence School, beginning at 7:30 pm.

  • Hear a perfect-pairing testimonial.
  • Bid on items in the fast-paced live auction.
  • Raise your paddle in support of the students and mission of Providence.

Dance Party | 8:00 pm–10:00 pm

Bring your dancing shoes—or kick off your shoes—and get ready to enjoy an after-party in Parish Hall. Join in the kind of fun usually reserved for high school kids: great dance music, crepe-paper decorations, punch in a bowl, and a few surprises. Get your groove on!

Co-chairs Melissa Kuykendall and Colette Nottage Crafton at Celebrate Providence in 2019.

What to Wear

Cocktail attire is encouraged. Ladies wearing heels, please bear in mind that the reception and program are on the lawn. We will provide heel caps for spiked-heel shoes.
