Providence Presents: Jamie Lisea on Parenting

April 28, 2017 by Elaine Rottman

Jamie Lisea is a wife, mom, friend, sister, daughter, working partner, speaker, and most recently, an author (Rich, Thirsty, Hungry). A communications major in college, Jamie most enjoys genuine connection with people and the art of asking a good question. After 25 years working in the mission of Young Life, she continues to train and challenge leaders to a growing faith and ministry.

For anyone who has ever felt like a failure as a mother or father, Jamie has an encouraging message that will breathe life back into parenting. She is passionate about children and has a gift for encouraging a genuine and unencumbered faith in Jesus, even amidst the demands, challenges, and sometimes failures of parenting.

Providence Presents brings Jamie to our Lower School campus on Friday, May 5, at 8:30 am. Please stop by for coffee and words of encouragement. Best of all: childcare is provided!

Providence Presents is a free event, open to all who are interested.
