Providence Presents:  Moms Night Out with Kate Merrick

April 11, 2019 by Elaine Rottman
Kate Merrick

Providence School is pleased to welcome author Kate Merrick to a Moms Night Out event on Thursday, April 25.

For every person who suffers from FOMO (fear of missing out) to the point that they are missing out on living their own life, Merrick has an inspiring  message: “Maybe, just maybe, God is calling you to stop and smell the shawarma.”

Kate Merrick gets it…she’s been in the trenches. But along her journey she’s learned some secrets that have led her to live a more present life. In her hilarious style, she will share with Providence moms and guests how to edit the manuscript of one’s life to once again enjoy the simple loveliness of real life.

Providence welcomes all women in the community to enjoy a glass of wine and a plate of charcuterie while connecting with other women and hearing from Kate Merrick about her new book, Here, Now: Unearthing Peace and Presence in an Overconnected World.

Books will be available for purchase and signing.

Providence Presents programs provide support and information parents can really use. All are welcome! Invite a friend!
