In a new twist on an annual tradition, director Matthew Roy leads “Come to the Cradle: A Service of Lessons and Carols.” Providence middle and high school singers and musicians, joined by the Laudate Youth Chorus, present choral and instrumental music interspersed with Scripture readings. The audience will enjoy many opportunities to join in singing familiar seasonal carols. This reflective worship service is held in the beautiful sanctuary of El Montecito Presbyterian Church, located at 1455 E. Valley Road in Montecito.

One service only this year! Don’t miss out!

As the Service of Lessons and Carols is a worship service we do not not sell tickets or assign seating. We do ask that you register for a free ticket so that we know you are coming! As of December 2, all available free tickets have been requested. To add your request to a wait list, please email events@providencesb.org.

An offering will be received to defray expenses and to support the performing arts program at Providence.

Doors open 30 minutes before the services.

Limited parking is available in the church lot.

Shuttles will pick up guests from Mt. Carmel and Montecito Union parking lots from 5:45 pm—6:45 pm.

We hope you will join us for this wonderful celebration of Christ’s birth!
